This national program honors companies that promote employee well-being, worksite health and wellness. Companies were evaluated based on an assessment by the nation’s leading wellness system firms. Company entry surveys are scored on their outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation, incentives, benefits, programs, leadership, employee input, culture, and environment. This year a hundred companies from across the country make up this list. Sharing this recognition alongside companies such a Blackberry, Ocean Spray, and Rocket Mortgage. “The Best and Brightest is a powerful community of elite leaders who share ideas and practices, and have proven they are employers of choice. Best and Brightest winning companies have also been a voice for important action in creating a sustainable culture that works and ensuring the well being of their employees come first,” -Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO, NABR and the Best and Brightest Programs The winning companies and top-scoring elite winners will be honored during the virtual Illuminate Business Summit week celebration from January 24-27.
