The nationally ranked niche-based staffing and consulting firm has made the list every year since 2014. The 2023 announcement marks ALKU’s fourth year in a row as the leading organization for firms with 201-500 employees. A record 450 firms sought participation in the program this year. Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits. “Being recognized on industry lists for your work as a company is always an honor.
