In those early years, he secured a legendary spot in the company's history as our top salesperson, setting a baseline for success and creating milestones that our people still chase today. Currently serving as Founder & Vice President, Dave is the epitome of success here, having laid the foundation for our sales process from day one. Over the past 18 years, he has channeled his unique ability to identify key niche markets and his deep passion for the business into a repeatable blueprint that ALKU continues to build on today.
Through dedicated leadership and hands-on mentorship, Dave has consistently focused on developing the next generation of leaders within his teams. Under his guidance, ALKU’s Government division has achieved steady, powerful growth, delivering a massive financial surge year-over-year. This upward trajectory is directly backed by Dave's focus on training and development, pairing high energy with a genuine commitment to pay it forward to everyone around him.
Dave also spearheads the Business Development team, scaling it into a massive revenue engine for the organization. Under his strategic mentorship, the team continues to drive incredible volume and high-level growth across the company.
Beyond the numbers, Dave's true passion lies in unlocking the potential of our employees and fostering an environment where they can thrive. His deep care for our people and love for sales is what fueled his passion to create the Explorers Program in 2021. What started as a strategic initiative has grown into a vital growth pipeline, annually exploring 14 new markets and consistently yielding one newly launched division each year. Dave firmly believes that without new markets to explore, long-term career paths for our people wouldn't exist. His drive to open new divisions gives ALKU's most successful producers the opportunity to build something new, ensuring our collective growth never hits a ceiling.
In his new role as Founder & Executive Vice President, Dave will continue to provide leadership and guidance to the Government brand, the Business Development salesforce, and our Market Exploration team. Utilizing his strategy and market expertise, he will play a critical role on the executive team, steering ALKU’s overall trajectory and growth.
